Adult classes at the Jeannette Neill Dance Studio are ongoing and students participate on a drop-in basis. Therefore, no pre-registration is necessary and you can start at any time. Each class generally lasts approximately 1.5 hours and single classes cost only $17 each.

Featuring a faculty of renowned and experienced dance educators, we offer a wide variety of dance styles and techniques 6 days a week. We welcome all ages of adults and offer group classes in all levels of dance, beginner through advanced, specializing in classes for the recreational as well as the aspiring professional and professional dancer.

When taking your first class at the Jeannette Neill Dance Studio, we generally encourage students to participate in a class that is lower than their perceived level of ability. Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time of any given class in order to sign in at the front desk, pay your class fee, change into your dancewear and get better acquainted with our studio.

The Jeannette Neill Dance Studio offers a work/study program whereby qualifying trustworthy individuals are employed to maintain the reception desk during hours of operation. As compensation, employees receive dance classes in exchange for hours worked.

Duties include signing in classes, accepting class and class card payments, answering telephones, and cleaning common areas. Applicants should be friendly, reliable and responsible and should possess good organizational and customer service skills.

The Jeannette Neill Work/Study Program is a great opportunity for dancers to gain valuable experience in performing arts administration while earning classes. Additional benefits include recommendation and personal reference letters, and discounted rates on studio rentals.
